Chen Family style Tai Chi Chuan - beginners

The seventh exercise needs you to start with the ball at your waist as before. Loosen the hips. Open
the right foot 45 degrees outward - this requires opeing the right hip and relaxing the right knee.
Inhale. Push the ball lightly down the top of the thigh over the knee and down the shin to the foot.
Rotate the ball as in the first exercise if you can. Exhale gently as you lift the ball by reversing the
path it took. Pause two seconds to get the deeper air from your lungs. Repeat three more times with
the same leg then four more times with the other leg. Slowly.
