The seventh
exercise needs you to start with the ball at your waist as
before. Loosen the hips. Open |
the right foot 45
degrees outward - this requires opeing the right hip and
relaxing the right knee. |
Inhale. Push the ball
lightly down the top of the thigh over the knee and down the
shin to the foot. |
Rotate the ball
as in the first exercise if you can. Exhale gently as you lift the ball
by reversing the |
path it
took. Pause two seconds to get the deeper air from your lungs.
Repeat three more times with |
the
same leg then four more
times with the other leg. Slowly. |
