Chen Family style Tai Chi Chuan - beginners

The sixth exercise needs you to start with the ball at your waist as before. Loosen the hips. The
feet and knees and the line of the shoulders do not move much in this version. Move the right
hand up forty-five degrees and the left hand down forty-five degrees as you shift the ball from the
center of your waist to above your left shoulder inhaling as you go. Rotate the right hand back and
the left hand forward. Now reverse. Bring the ball slowly back to the center of your waist exhaling
as you go. Repeat three more times in the same direction, then four more times in the other direction.
Slowly. Pay close attention to breathing.
