The sixth
exercise needs you to start with the ball at your waist as
before. Loosen the hips. The |
feet and knees
and the line of the shoulders do
not move much in this version. Move the right |
hand up
forty-five degrees and the left hand down forty-five degrees as
you shift the ball from the |
center of your
waist to above your left shoulder inhaling as you go. Rotate the
right hand back and |
the left hand
forward. Now reverse. Bring the ball slowly back to the center
of your waist exhaling |
as you go. Repeat
three more times in the same direction, then four more times in
the other direction. |
Slowly.
Pay close attention to breathing. |
