Chen Family style Tai Chi Chuan - beginners

From the side your ear should align above your hip socket. Here I am actually slumped back a bit.
What we are trying for is straight spine 90 degrees (right angle) to the upper legs, and another right
angle at the knee so the lower leg goes straight down. IMPORTANT enough to repeat - be careful
the leading edge of the chair's seat does not press into the backs of your thighs. The third right
angle is at the ankle - which gets us to the feet. Reminder - the t-square is not required.
