If you or someone you know has an autism spectrum disability, Down syndrome, cerebral
palsy, arthrogryposis or many other disabilities (ask us) they likely have communication
limits, health challenges, are isolated and have no life goals. Our solution is we teach
traditional Chinese martial arts using contemporary technology focusing on people with
special needs. A student can expect to become measurably healthier; to be part of an
inclusive group; to gracefully and precisely express themselves through gesture and
movement; to receive detailed digital scores which can serve as a statistical anchorpoint to
evaluate changes in diet, sleep and medications; to earn performance-based college degrees;
and to participate in group exhibitions, seminars and cinematographic recordings. The bulk
of our curriculum is Chen Family style Tai Chi Chuan supplemented by tools and routines
compiled by the Chinese Health Qigong Association. We offer free seminars in select routines
from the esteemed arts of Bagua Zhang, Xing Yi Chuan, Northern Shaolin, and Hung Gar for
technical and sentimental reasons. Weapons training starts the first day. That is what you
can expect. We expect a student should attend regularly - daily classes average 120 minutes;
practice outside of class; and conduct himself or herself with integrity. If you can walk or even
are in a wheelchair AND want to learn, we'll take care of the rest.  Appointments are critical.
