Early attempts using black ABS pipe (24 inch x 3 inch diameter) and white PVC pipe (various lengths and diameters).
We even tried red, blue and green PVC piping. None of the students liked any of the pipes. I am not sure if
the objections were the look (visual), the colors (chromatic), the feel (tactile), the smell ...
