Family style Tai Chi Chuan - beginners |
| Packing
for studying at home with grading (so you are filming) |
| Since you are NOT
attending a class in one of our schools you brought your
own clothing and |
| personal items as
well as the weapons and tools needed. You likely used a chair
for seated |
| meditation, a table,
either smart glasses or a projector attached to a computer, or
maybe a DVD |
| player and a
television. A tripod for your camera is a good idea even if
someone else is managing |
| the filming.
First things first: turn off the camera, remove its memory card
and remind yourself |
| to recharge the
battery (or batteries) just used. Disconnect from the tripod and
put the camera in |
| its bag. Usually,
a tripod has its own bag, so if you are storing the tripod, put
it away next. |
| Second, unless
you want to watch the video, turn off of the other electronics
(television, computer, |
| projector ...)
and, if you were wearing smartglasses, remove them. If you were
using a laptop or |
| phone to help in
the recording and it was running in batteries, check if a
recharge should be started. |
| Third, wipe any
weapons with a dry cloth and put them away. |
| Fourth, pack any
sweaty clothes and socks in a plastic bag (or take to the
laundry). Put on regulars. |
| Fifth, pack
everything else like you packed to start class. We'd suggest
emptying the water bottle. |
| Sixth, if
necessary, fold up the chair and table. |
