As the image below shows the Syrian pound relative to the US dollar has been 
fairly stable (46.5 to 46 to 47.5) over the last year and especially since April 1 (a 
jump from 46.6 to 47.4). Typically, the daily high and low are separated by about 
one half pound.  
      
      
      
      As the image below shows the Syrian pound relative to the US dollar has been 
fairly stable over the last two years as well. That's good, but we must look a little 
deeper. Some dramatic peaks and valleys but no more than 1 pound per dollar.
