Currently, during a 120 minute class
we take a break for a few minutes for cool water at 30 minutes
and at 90 minutes. We'd like students to drink about half a
bottle SLOOOOWLY. On cold days we may experiment with a warm
herbal tea. At 60 minutes we take a break for a snack (and
water if a student wants). Our current snack of choice is
apple slices. We have no objection to students bringing
their own snacks and beverages. The only exception would be
something like peanuts if someone in the class is known to be
allergic. |
