stable in 2012? That leaves about 1300 full-time credentialed teachers; 80
schools (assuming another 20 fail of their own accord) and probably 42,000
students (assuming 10% manage to transfer or move). Does anyone seriously
think for a moment that ANY honestly reported scores will go up?
