Oil and gold are valuable, but Venezuela needs to know about its most precious resource - its people. In particular not only who will be graduating when and in what field, but what seasoned resources the country already has. There is a great deal of work to be done to improve Venezuela. Western Mexico just had another powerful earthquake - but only a 7.4 and no tsunamis. If a Richter 8.0 slams Caracas or Maracaibo it would be very useful to be able to easily contact doctors, engineers, rescue workers, priests and who knows what else. Or if Bogota was smashed what kind of neighbors would we be if we did not send significant help immediately.
