is as important as how
frequently and accurately

While NCLB was a good start,

To The Top. It is certainly not
obvious that RTTT tactics have
produced any lasting successes
or that they are scalable. When
a district accepts RTTT funds
they can be used to (1) close
schools (2) fire principals (3)
fire teachers (4) make a school
a charter. With the same
building, same teachers, same
texts and a little less
educational code, what would
cause anyone to expect
students would miraculously
become smarter?
