Wing Lam Enterprises used to sell this version way back in 2013. I found it at Kult of Athena. I think it was originally made by by Paul Chen of Hanwei Swords (https://www.paulchenhanweiswords.com) but the Pu dao and Kwan dao page there is empty (June 2018)
