During a Viral Hemorrhagic Fever epidemic it is a matter of survival
to be aware where there are outbreaks AND where an individual can find
a clinic, a laboratory, a quarantine facility, a doctor and probably
transportation as well. Besides obtaining useful, accurate and
timely content, a major challenge in Western Africa is the number of
human languages in use.
