Warmup Exercises  - after WuJi standing and Lao Jia the most important thing to do each day.
Well, maybe just behind sword. But do these warmups before doing ANY sets. And, just like in
the sets, be mindful of the FOUR GOs: go low, go soft, go slow and go again. In the YouTube videos
below I am doing only a few repetitions. You should do EIGHT. Take it easy - the idea is to get blood
and air and energy flowing - not to get exhausted. The warmups are important, but the real work
